Ingredients:
- Fresh Curd - 1/2 cup
- Sugar Powder - 1/3 cup
- Wheat Flour - 1 cup
- Cocoa Powder - 1 tbsp
- Baking Powder - 1 tsp
- Baking Soda - 1/2 tsp
- Milk Powder - 2 tbsp
- Milk - 1/2 cup
- Salt - 1 pinch
Instructions for preparing Eggless Aata Cake:
> Mix well curd and sugar powder in a bowl.> Place a big tea filter on the bowl and strain wheat flour,
cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, salt and
milk powder from the filter properly.
> Add milk and stir it till ribbon consistency.
> Place butter paper in cake mould.
> Put the mixture in the cake mould.
> Put some salt in a cauldron and place it on a stove.
> When the cauldron is heated, put the cake mould above the heated salt with the help of a utensil stand.
> Cover it and cook it on low flame for 1 hour till it is becomes non sticky.
Cool it down.
